I love Star Trek.
The 60s original series was great (I saw reruns of this in the early 80s).
The best in my opinion was The Next Generation. Nothing has equalled it, although Voyager was quite good.
Deep Space Nine sucks in general and Enterprise is not much better.
I'll definitely see the new Star Trek. I generally don't like these films that go back to the beginning, because you already know what the future holds for these characters. Not much chance of James T Kirk dying in this movie, is there? (And if he does, you'll know he gets revived in a subsequent film). Nonetheless I'll see the new film.
What we need is a new film and a new crew, from where Nemesis left off.
