I would get more satisfaction buying a second-hand Cyberstorm PPC/060 board and running OS4 on my A4000T than buying an all-PPC computer.
That's because I already have a PC that can do everything I require (an A1 or a Peg doesn't offer me anything substantial).

So my answer is a definite 'no'. I don't regard those computers as Amigas. If they had custom chips found nowhere else in the computer industry, I would reconsider.

@ Holley

I'm not so much concerned with the new Amigas not having the old custom chips: I am concerned that the new Amigas have no new custom chips. That's what would make me sit up and say "Gee, the new Amiga can do X,Y and Z and my PC can't."
Then I might actually want a new Amiga.

@ Toecutter

Yep, I didn't realise that the Shark + is going to have an AGP slot. You could say that I am more than mildly interested in that now...

BIG question...will they be made and will they run OS4 like an A1?
