Where to score cheap external 500gb USB 2.0 drives?

I used to find these puppies cheap, now the prices seem to have sky rocketed. Anyone know where I can get these for around $50 in the U.S.?

So in other words, the sweat shops have been flooded and the indentured servants are at loss for low pay work...


Man those people have no luck, and here I am bitching about hard drive prices. :/

The thing is that I need/prefer one that does not require an external power source. Also if I can find those certain models that do not put them selves to sleep that would be an extra plus.

I'm modding my long lost brother's Wii and am trying to make it as crash proof as possible.
