S-Video to 1084S

Is this possible, is there an easy to build cable that will go into the 1084S' 6pin RGB port from S-Video?

My monitor has RCA ports for Audio and Video could I somehow take S-Video to that?

Cool, I just cut a S-Video cable and an RCA Cable, had to guess the colors...

...got it on the 1st try, my PC looks great on it! ;)
