What's a good price and where to get?

I decided to get an Apollo CPU for my Amiga. I don't want to go 060 because that is just price rape.
I might be interested in at least a 40Mhz 030, but how would that compare to a 40Mhz 040? What is the diff? More instructions per second?
Where would be a good place to look for an American buyer, and what's the average these boards sell for?

DOOM and MP3's, that's enough for me, I'm sold, thankx!
I noticed Eytech has 040's for sale. But they never seem to write me back. Are they good to deal with when you live in America? And are there prices supposed to be in USD or something else?

Well if the coldfire is coming out that soon, I'll just hold out. I've had my eye on that for a long while now.
As for UAE...
...ha ha ha. Good for classic games, but it is a {bleep}ization of the Amiga OS experiences. It's like what an Amiga would run like, if it was ever ported to a Celeron.

I'm not worries about playing old games, just running a few apps, most of which are currently still being updated. I should be fine with a Coldfire, I wrote the company and they tell me they should be ready this month (hopefully) as well.
