A600 glitches after recap

the vias on the tracks don't look the best, especially the middle one, but if I were you I would check all of them under and around the integrated circuit

and that's why I wrote that you should check all the vias, at least those in the immediate vicinity, I know it's a lot of work, but check even those that look good visually.

I would take a closer look at the sync signal, I once repaired a CD32 with similar picture distortions/glitches and it was the damaged sync output there.
