It's quite ironic, I think, that Wayne doesn't flame Tivo for being so incompetent that they couldn't sell Tivos for the same price as DVD players, since he did flame Eyetech for being so incompetent for not selling the A1 at the same price of a PC motherboard. I think this a very similar situation. You shell out extra cash for a special product.

My point is made.

Great. I touched a raw nerve. I must be getting close to the truth.

If you can say that an Amiga is so like a PC you can compare prices, then you can say that a Tivo is like a VCR or DVD player. After all, all it does is shows you visual stuff - I'm just generalising the same way you did in your (ihmo atrociously unfair) comments on A1 pricing. If you think an amiga and a PC are the same, you obviously are clueless as to what an Amiga is. I suggest you buy one.

Tivo gets it right? It got it so right it flopped. Probably because of lamers who think money is the only consideration...
