I don't know how anyone could consider using CPPC permanently for a new PPC OS anyway. As a taster to see how good OS4 is before buying an A1 - maybe. But having myself tasted the benefits of cheap fast memory, a ATA/100 IDE bus, a 600MHz CPU, AGP+PCI, inbuilt USB and ethernet, etc. I don't think I could go back to using my BPPC for anything but nostaligia. And let's be honest - do many people's A4ks still actually work properly on each boot now?
