a600gs blank screen red mouse pointer

Starting a600gs go to blank screen and red mouse pointer.
Just click on top left corner but nothing happens.

There is a procedure to reset o reinstall all? because for 3 or 4 times was working

how re image sd card?
this evening i'll try to open it and check antenna and then move 1600gs.

I contacted support but, maybe, you know where i can find an image to flash?
