Gui4Cli & Selector

Anyone know if a program simmiler to Gui4Cli or Selector exists for Windows? That is, allow me to do more than just have icons in a program launcher?

Seeing that none Amiga related subjects get posted here often, I thought I'd get away with posting something half related to the Amiga.
