Do you have the GVPSCSI.device driver inside your sys:expansion drawer? This is where the a1291 scsi card expects to find the OS driver, you can download the lastest GVPscsi device driver Ver 5.3 from
http://www.gvp-m.com/updatejapan.html Rigid disk blocks are usually only for AmigaOS preped harddrives, you should not need one for your CD drive if the software has been correctly installed. Which cd-rom device driver are you using? Cache-CDFS, Ami-cdfs etc
Sorry, cant help you very much with the ZIP in PC format, I have never used that feature within AmigaOS, I beleive tho that some people have used trackdisk.device to mount the ZIP as a huge floppy drive.
