Wayne, how about quick links for newbies, lots of them ask the same old questions about the same hardware etc etc etc
the forums are great, lots of information for people, but nothing for newbies simple answers for simple questions
on the hardware forum, maybe at the top of the forum header, a quick link to those online help guides, like
http://www.amiga-hardware.com/hardware or
http://amiga.resource.cx/index.html#topics etc, so newbies can look quickly before posting forum requests.
We can live in hope anyway :-D
