Well, here's my twopenneth worth, even if no one wants to read it.  :-)

First, ANN is Christian's site and he has the right to add and remove any links as he sees fit.

Second, it is my opinion that he has started using links and  editorials to play political games, first lurching towards one extreme, then another. This isn't clever IMHO and loses him brownie points in my eyes.

Third, if removing MooBunny is indeed a political gesture I think it is misplaced. The Bunny is anarchic and people rarely pull their punches there, but I have not seen any evidence of political institutionalised bias for any party. I've never seen John batting for one side or another at any time.

Lastly, if the Bunny is really running on a Genesi server (is it? It's certainly news to me), wouldn't it have suffered along with other such arrangements in the Big Meltdown?

I like the Bunny. It's messy, obnoxious place with a very low signal to noise ratio, but it is also the only place one can call a spade a shovel without being chastised or moderated for offending certain people's sensitivities or for questioning their honesty.

I think Christian is wrong to use his site as a weapon in his personal war (however justified that war may be), but it is his site and ultimately he will do whatever he pleases on it.
