Not really. Just being ported to MorphOS won't make AmigaDE any less lame than it is now. My guess is that the ability to use the Amiga trademark is more valuable than anything AmigaDE will ever add to the Pegasos.

OTOH, I'm inclined to wait until this is confirmed by the other parties involved. I've heard unilateral claims before, and most of the time they don't turn out to be true.

No it isn't.

It's childish, petulant and petty, but not illegal.  It's the responsibility of the linking site to maintain live links, not that of the site being linkted to, so while a certain person may be acting like a spoiled baby, he's not doing anything illegal this time.

Note to the idiot at Amiga Inc that came up with this one: it's quite legal for anyone to link to your site, and use your trademarked name and logo as reference to the link.  They don't need your permission.
