None of us know for sure, but I think it's a fair bet that the problems are the result of H&P and Harald Frank trying to prevent Amithlon 2.0's release. It would appear that one of the contributors of licensed software has got cold feet and decided to withold their license, at least temporarily.
I stress I'm only guessing from what has been posted at
the Amithlon demo page. I certainly have no more information on the problem than anyone else has.
