Paint Shop Pro 5 on the PC can save "Amiga (*.iff)" files, I think the latest version does aswell (I heard it does tho I don't have any kind of proof)
Yes, the latest version still supports the iff format. However, that's a bit pointless unless you happen to have access to a Windows machine.
