No QNX has nothing to do with Amithlon even if it was sold on the same CD. It's part of AmigaXL which was essentially a different product.
I don't know whether Amithlon will work in 32-bit with your graphics card, but if it will it will certainly have to be with Gary Colville's kernel. It certainly won't with the original kernel.
You should perhaps join the mailing list at the
Amithlon-open Yahoo Group and ask your questions there. It might help if you also give a little more information as to what is happening than you have here. It's not easy to work out what is happening when someone just says "it's not working", or "I've read that and it doesn't help".
