Yes, the "spring 2003" issue is the current one. In fact it has been delayed a bit, so it's the first issue this year.
Total Amiga is very good indeed, and the editorial team as well as the contributors put a lot of effort into producing the mag. Seeing that the whole operation is non-profit, and any proceeds are plowed back into improving the quality of the mag, I can heartily recommend it.
Older editions in pdf format are available from the
Total Amiga site. If any back issue is not available as a pdf it means there are still hard copies available for sale through the web page.
