Deceptive seller, whoever it is. "The PPC version sells for over $1000, especially now everyone wants one to run OS4".
He (or she) forgets to mention that this won't let you run OS4.
The reason he wants the money out is that he (or she
) has deliberately written a misleading description and will find themself on the end of a "item not as described" chargeback. Paypal can't protect against that and indeed say so many times.
Whatever the seller is an ass.
