What you have seems to be a SCSI controller with two ports. That's unusual. For your setup, you need termination on the Controler (either through software or hardware,) and again for the hard drive, and the CD-ROM. Normally, there is terminationat both ends of the ribbon, with any devices connected to the ribbon between the ends unterminated. Since your controller seems to have two connectors, The last device on each ribbon needs to be terminated. Also, each SCSI device needs its own ID number.
