Yes you can.  The following PC disk drives work with the Amiga computer:

Teac FD-235HF 3201-U
Teac FD-235HF 3217-U
Teac FD-235HF 3240-U5
Chinon FZ-354

These drives can be found on old PCs (between 10 to 15 years old).  They are very hard to get.  I sell them brand new for only $250.00 each.

The DoomMaster submitted a picture in the Amiga 2000 Images area, here on Amiga Org, showing how to setup the jumpers on the Teac drives.
