An AT power supply would work better with an Amiga 2000 Series computer.  The following is the color code for the wires coming out of an AT power supply:

Red = +5 volts
Yellow = +12 volts
Blue = -12 volts
Black = Ground
Orange = Power Good

Hook the orange wire to one of the black wires.

USE A MULTIMETER TO CHECK THE VOLTAGES ON THE WIRES!  Sometimes the red and yellow wires are reversed (screwup at the factory).  I know this from personal experience because I burned up an Atari 1040ST by not first checking the wires.     :-D
