Hi DeltaWolf7,

Quote
could it be because i am using pc disks with tape over the second hole?

Yes.  You should only use DS/DD disks on standard 880K Amiga disk drives.  NEVER USE HD DISKS!!!!

Type the following from CLI: adf2disk filename.adf

Make sure that adf2disk is in your C directory.
My favorite TV shows:  Star Trek Voyager, Forever Knight, Stargate SG1, Married with Children, As Time Goes By, Mr. Bean, Smallville, The Six Million Dollar Man, and Xena

What are you talking about.  He is using AMIGA formatted disks, so why would he need CrossDOS?  I use ADF2DISK all the time and I NEVER have to load up CrossDOS first.  THINK about what you are saying before you say it !!!!!
