Surely refusing to post the items until after the funds leave Paypal and go into his account breaks some regulation of ebay or Paypal. In Australia after May 21st All ebay customers must use Paypal, as commanded by ebay themselves. Reason? They say it's to protect the buyers. Never mind that the sellers are the ones who make money for ebay. That aside, if Paypal is there to protect the customer, and sellers like Doomy are bypassing that protection, then surely he is breaking their rules. I wonder what ebay and Paypal would say about his auctions?
