The two PC's would not be able to access the Internet at the same time. Also if both DSL modems were powered up, neither of them would be able to connect:-(

If only one PC was ever powered up at a time, the set up mentioned above would work fine :-)

It will probably costs more, but maybe a wireless LAN would be an option you could look into.
