I think you misunderstood my question.   Lithium Battery Kit is available from us and an Independent, so by your definition it shouldn't be on the list:

developed by independent hardware developers, which are not available through standart retail channels

It's 2012, everybody in aOS/mOS/arOS is an indie...

Very true.  The difference being that we work full time serving the Amiga Community.  So every sale really counts for us so we can pay the bills at the end of the month.
