All Indivision 1200s are quality checked and sealed by the manufacturer, Individual Computers before being sent to us. Your Indivision should have a Quality Tested label on it to show it was tested by Individual Computers. The box will be sealed when you received it - there should not be any missing pins on the PLCC socket. We rely on Individual Computers thorough QC testing. This is very unusual.
