You could use
EasyADF PCMCIA Transfer Kit to convert your Workbench 3.1 disk and other disks to an ADF and transport it over to the PC.
EasyADF will also convert back to the Amiga 1200's floppy disks as well.
It is very quick, easy to use and does not require a hard disk on your A1200.
