I have an 040 BlizzardPPC SCSI and and 060 BlizzardPPC with SCSI that hasn't yet been listed on the shop.  

I also have a used Spider USB card (from a test Amiga) which is on your list of wanted items.

Edit: oh and the Mediator TV & Radio card with Remote Control
