I would move to the latest classic operating, Amiga OS 3.9

It has many great additional features over AmigaOS 3.5 and many OS bug fixes.

This should work OK.  

Remember to also then make an assign for AmigaOS 3.9 to the SD card or Compact Flash card.

This should work OK.  

Remember to also then make an assign for AmigaOS 3.9 to the SD card or Compact Flash card:

i.e.

c:assign AmigaOS3.9: CF0:

Change CF0: to the device name of your media card.
