Better to get the official Commodore CD32 pad or the Honeybee/Competition Pro CD32 pad (which was in the shape of the original 3-button Megadrive/Genesis pad).
I tried the Amiga Cheetah Bug® mini-stick on the Master System and it didn't work at all, so there is definately not 100% pin compatibility there.
I see somewhere on the Amiga.org gallery though a CD32 arcade stick, this must be a home-made effort but looked nice, especialy for TFX!
Pity the CD32 pad never came in beige to match the A1200, and maybe with the same button style but unique shape. There'd still be a market for a classic Amiga-design ethos pad/stick.
