My Amiga is running too hot?

My Amiga is are getting horizontal lines after around 3-4 hours and some games doesn't want to work. Is maybe this a sign that the Amiga is running to hot? I have 1,2gb external HD, 030/50mhz and 32mb RAM and NO extra cooling. Does someone know how to mount extra cooling, the Amiga is startin' to getting hot....

Btw, how can i turn my accelerator OFF so it doesn't getting so hot until i have extra cooling?

I realy don't want to tower my Amiga case.
Can someone give me a good tutorial with pictures on how to install extra cooling fans?
And, does someone have a good tutorial on how i tower my Amiga if i realy need to (i want to install a Vodoo card, and then i have no choise i think)
