BBS Software
« on: October 12, 2009, 08:29:30 PM »
Greetings:

I am not sure if this post should be here or in software, but I think it better fits here.

I am wondering what is the best BBS software that was on an Amiga?  Was there one that also supported TCP/IP as well as Modems... When I ran my system back in the day, it was on a PC running RemoteAccess 2 and recently I acquired a license (transfer) for MajorBBS on the PC platform, but I thought it would be cool to find the software for Amiga.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks -- If you were a sysop, I definitely want to hear from you.

Ok, now it seems I remember C-Net being kind of the BBS software of choice, but I have downloaded AMI Express and C-Net 3.05c.  On the PC side, I was good friends with a sysop who ran PC-Board.  Hopefully the AMI stuff will be as fun.

Thanks for the replies.
