Well I updated the link here, and I normally wouldn't advertise such a thing as a simple change of address...but,
the AMIX Wiki has moved!The short-short version: I had the site hosted at my previous employer, racked and everything. When I changed jobs I brought the server home and promptly ground the ADSL connection to a halt. I moved a big traffic site off but couldn't really find a solution I liked for the Amiga Unix site. Thus, I inflicted my connection on people who wanted tapes and what not. It got to the point that I would shut off Apache if I was trying to work from home because the lag was unbearable.
No more. I owe much thanks to amiga.org member Tahoe for providing hosting and even a new domain name, amigaunix.com, over across the sea :-) I'm sure people will appreciate the server staying up. To that guy in Germany who was killing my connection the previous weekend: try it again now! ;-)
