Relocate roms to fast ram?
« on: August 13, 2007, 04:11:23 PM »

Anyone know how to skick my rom into fast ram? I've read it makes access faster, but I haven't been able to successfully push mine into fast ram without an error  (yellow, red or blue startup screen).  Tried using FAST, 32BIT, and EXT with no luck.

I am using a microbotics XA1230 board with 64mb of ram. I've tried just about everything and the only way I can make it boot is if I skick the rom image into chip ram (which probably makes it even slower).
