For those who were wondering about the Magic VGA compasite scan doubler:
http://www.particles.org/reviews/vgabox.phpSounds ok for playing games with an A1200..you could use 31khz pass through, then when playing games just press a single button to display scan doubled 15khz on the same monitor. I just picked one up on ebay for $34 + shipping.
I imagine it's going to look like complete hell on my LCD flatscreen monitor, but it's worth a try. I'll let you know how it works out.
