@ drummerboy,

    Use the SCSI inquire routine in ASIMWare CDFS. It will list all SCSI.device(es) in your system. Like several have said, if you have a GVP card, it will be "gvpscsi.device". I hope you have version 3.10 of ASIMCDFS. Earlier version will work, but this is the best.

A1000 Microbotics Starboard II w/2Mb 1080, & external floppy (AIRdrive)

I doubt it. AsimWare was bought out by Iomega - and they aren't known for giving anything away! That was a dark day, IMHO.
