Believe it or not, with the '060 it isn't going to be a very good game machine. You're better off with an '030 card.
It all depends on what software you want to run however. If you want to do graphics work, and run Image FX, paint prgs, etc. Then the '060 is needed, and a graphics card (not easy in a desktop A1200).
For games, a besic system with an '030 and 16Mb of RAM will give you eons of fun...
