I have an A1200 and an A2000. BUT I would not trade my A1200 for a A2000! NEVER! You will very likely hate yourself for that move. The AGA graphics are a real step up from the OCS/ECS days.
The A2000 only has 1Meg of chip RAM (video or graphics RAM - what ever you want to call it) That will limit the amount of "eye candy" used on the WB (among other things).
You may want to add an A2000 some day, but don't trade down.
A2000 GVP 40MHz \'030, 21Mb RAM SD/FF, 2 floppies, internal CD-ROM drive, micromys v3 w/laser mouse
A1000 Microbotics Starboard II w/2Mb 1080, & external floppy (AIRdrive)
C-128 w/1571, 1750, & Final Cartridge III+
