All Amiga optical mice are not created equal. I have one that although true optical, needs a special mouse pad to work!
I like Logiteck mice better than other brands, just make sure you stick with PS2 compat. models.
Shame, 'cause the new USB laser mice (Like the G5) are SO much better!!!
