Sysinfo has been called "Mysinfo" for years! It is not reliable! specially for cpu information.
Why are you trying to use a floppy to unpack SysSpeed? Use your hard drive.
As to your last question, you really can't do anything to Mysinfo to get real world answers from it. It just cannot be trusted.
