I'd wait a little longer before re-submitting.
A while ago I posted a screenshot and it didn't come up for 3 days. I asked Wayne about it and he said there was nothing in the queue and to resubmit. A couple hours later both the original and resubmitted screenshots came up and I couldn't delete one (and they're still both there).
