The classic Boing demo can be found here.

Some ECS demos I like are:

Technological Death
Desert Dream
Lethal Exit
242 (which for some reason doesn't work in WHDload for me)
Arte
Enigma
Day of Reckoning
CopperMaster

Some ECS non-music repeating demos I like (on Aminet):

Klide (nice fast line drawing)
Trig-numy (nice fractals)

McVenco: Nexus7 is AGA only.

[Edit: Ah hell, I just realised that Gojirax is looking to find the best AGA demos, not ECS. Oh well, I'll just leave my list in case anybody else is interested.]

PS. Are there any AMOS demo's out there?

If you mean full demo with music, the only one I know of is the one that came with the AMCAF plugin. It's not bad for BASIC I guess, but it's nothing to write home about.

The nice non-music fractal demo "TrigNumy" I already listed was written in AMOS. I also found a couple nice plasma demos and a simple glenz written in AMOS.

The AMCAF demo I was talking about is called "No Good (Start the Dance)". It is pretty simple and repetitive (only 4 effects really), but has good music. The impressive thing about it is how it makes fast changes exactly with the drum beat and words of the song.

If you plan on making AMOS demos, you should check out this and the "BigAmcafIntro" (which shows all the AMCAF effects) that also came with the plugin.

If you're interested in AMOS games, you should check out DawnVideoPoker and Babeanoid - both by Richard Fhager. They are the two best AMOS games I found. (Richard Fhager also made the nice TrigNumy fractal program)
