I'd say it's about 90%.

Simple scrolling test: in WinUAE, open MuchMore and see how smoothly it scrolls. On a 2Ghz computer it is still jerky as hell.

Borderblank doesn't work properly in ECS emulation (only AGA) and WB screen dragging is also jerky. In fullscreen mode, the screen is not centred properly (with "centre screen" checked).

Amiga games look best on a 1084 monitor anyway. Modern monitors make Amiga screens look chunky and dull. I wish there was "monitor emulation".
