Any expierences with the prometheus board?

Im thinking of towering an 3000 and using a prometheus to get at the voodoo graphics and ethernet cards which are cheap as heeck on ebay. I dont wana pay 200 plus dollars for a tower anyone got some ideas about a cheaper amiga tower?
