Amiga Tabor is based on the Mini-ITX form factor. Although the official specifications are yet to be released, Mini-ITX boards are not allowed to be more than 17 × 17 cm. Provided you find a case that's small enough, you could very well end up with a desk footprint that would rival the Mac Mini.
