Do any of the hardware wizards on here have any good guestimations on the possible performance of the current NatAmi specs compared to a suped up 1200/4000?
I am more curious about the NatAmi compared to my current 1200 system (see sig). If I were to purcase a NatAmi Dev board would I more than likly notice any differences in speed/responsivnes?
Although I am aware that the NatAmi team are looking at Coldfire processors possibly with integrated SuperAGA (to allow for a low cost 'all-in-one' solution) I would prefer to have the Dev board to ensure really good backwords compatibility. (And it would also mean that I am more likly to be able to get one in the near future).
It would be nice though if they could make the dev boards socketed so I could add my own 060, hopefully allowing the price of the board drop significantly (as far as I know the 68K will be a big chunk of the cost of the board).
