Hi I dont know if this is in the right forum but if it isnt can a mod move it.
This is a small warning from me for people to not buy anyting of a person calling themselves Tiago Silva/Luis Pereira.
He was advertising a Blizzard PPC 200Mhz with 060 for a nice small sum! I snapped at the chance and email him saying that I would pay his offer.
He didnt accept paypal so we opted for a bank transfer it took me a few days to get to the bak to get the documnets but i kept asuring him via emil that I was very interested in the board.
I eventually got to the bank and filled in the relevent document and got it processed.
It took about 3 days for the bank to process the form and send the money and it did leave my account.
I sent an email informing him that the money had gone....he appeard to keep stalling by saying the money ahdnt arrived.
A few days later he did an about turn and claimed that someone had come in with a better offer than mine and he was sending the board to him.
From my point of view he had sold MY board onto someone else as he had recieved my money.
A few swapped emails later he said that he was sending me my money back.....it has failed to have happened and he now appears uncontactable.
I really want my money back and dont know how to proceed...its possibly been to long i didnt do anythng for awhile as I have been so busy wit alot of stuff to cope with and that I gave him the benefit of he doubt and thought he would send it to me eventually).
Does anyone have any advice for me???
If anyone has any dealings with this person be causious and remind him that he ows me money!
