Have you checked Amibay? I have seen at least two or three in the past two months come and go.
The ACA1233 On amigakit.com is really not too bad... It is only an '030 40 Mhz, but the 128MB of RAM helps make up for that. It should be enough to run a BBS until something better comes along. They are right around $235 US - but I am not sure what that works out to be when you pay in Euros, or Pounds, or tea bisquits, or whatever you guys use for money...
And... If it is for A BBS why not ask your users to chip in a few bucks to your paypal account? I am sure a few people would donate $5 or $10 to help a pal out!
