I would go with some one else, Steve does not fill his preorders. I know of at least 4 guys and I who PREORDERED the purple A1200 cases that he never shipped our orders, he was hard enough trying to get him to response. He sold the cases on ebay and at the germany fest in the Fall.  So ordering this keyboard from him is a throw of the dice GOOD LUCK!!

Thanks for the post, unfortunately due to the US tariffs I had to cancel the order due to the amount of non payments (I did make that clear on the email) due to non collections, bounce backs and I had a handful where the courier asked me for payment and the goods were still delivered.

That has been resolved now and shipping to the US includes the tariff and the customs info is sent digitally.

As you know tariffs and customs are beyond our control and can be introduced without warning etc.

Regards

Steve

Steve

You told me I had to pay a extra 22 pounds due to tariffs which I agreed to, I asked you in 3 or 4 different emails begging you to bill me and I would pay you the difference, I kept the emails I sent you asking you to bill me. You several times stated you would take care of it the next day and you never did. This was before you showed up to the amiga feast in Germany which you were selling the amiga case there in question. You seem to have no time to answer your emails but you sure had time to go on vacation at the end of DEC which I asked you if you even had anymore of the purple cases left and you just went ahead and cancelled my order. You then refunded my money after 8 fridge moths. Oh and by the way the entire time you were selling them on ebay over in the states so please I can post some of the emails that I sent you to prove my side of the story... SAD very SAD but anybody that does a preorder with you is totally crazy because I have been in contact with at least 4 other amiga users in the states that you either never responded to their emails and they had to demand their money back because you sold out of the cases instead of asking for the xtra money to cover the tariffs..

Your 100% correct on everything you mentioned above and appreciate you adding the extra details. To clarify the ebay sales, they were managed by the Ebay Shipping Program which were quicker to manoeuvre in managing the US Tariffs and creating a process where they were included at the point of payment.

Every business has been affected by the US tariffs with many simply not selling goods to the US including a few Amiga Dealers as you have found out by speaking to them. However not only has that been resolved when sending from within the UK, I am in the process of setting up a US service that goods like cases, keyboards and keycaps are sent from within the US which will make them cheaper for the US market, so exciting times so keep an eye out!

By all means email me if you feel I have missed something.

Thanks

Steve
